Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create my first invoice?
Open InvoSnap, tap the “+” button on the Home screen, select a client (or add a new one), fill in your invoice items, and tap Save. You can then export or share it as a PDF.
Can I add my business logo and signature?
Yes. Go to Settings → Business Profile to upload your logo and add a signature. Both will appear automatically on every invoice you create.
How do I share or send an invoice to a client?
Open the invoice, tap Share, and choose how you’d like to send it — email, WhatsApp, or any other app installed on your device. Invoices are shared as PDF files.
Is my data backed up if I switch phones?
InvoSnap securely stores your data with your account. If you’re switching devices, make sure you’re signed in with the same account to restore your invoices, clients, and settings.
What’s included in the premium version?
Premium unlocks additional invoice templates, removes ads, and gives you access to advanced reporting features. You can upgrade anytime from the Settings screen.
How do I restore a purchase or manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases to restore a previous purchase. Subscriptions are managed through your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings.
How do I delete my account or data?
